Internal RoHS Training of Yucheng Electronics
On March 26, 2026, the company held a special RoHS training session in the internal meeting room. The training was delivered by a senior engineer from the Quality Department, with five key employees from production, R&D, and quality inspection positions participating.
Focusing on practical learning, the training combined PPT presentations, case studies, and hands-on exercises to interpret the requirements of the RoHS Directive, hazardous substance limits, and key production control points, with examples based on the company’s electronic component products. Participants listened attentively, asked active questions, discussed in groups, and gained practical operation skills in basic testing methods.
The training strengthened employees’ awareness of environmental compliance, improved their practical skills, laid a solid foundation for RoHS compliance control of the company’s products, and successfully achieved the training objectives.
