Fire drill

To fully implement the work policy of "Safety First, Prevention Focused", further strengthen the fire safety awareness of all staff, improve the emergency response and self-rescue & mutual-rescue capabilities in response to sudden fire incidents, and effectively safeguard the safety of personnel and property of the company, the company organized a special fire safety activity combining theoretical learning and practical drills for all employees on March 2nd. This activity helped the safety concept take root in everyone’s mind and emergency skills become practical and effective.

At the beginning of the activity, the fire safety knowledge session was carried out in an orderly manner. Drawing on typical enterprise fire cases in recent years, the instructor explained fire safety laws and regulations, fire prevention knowledge, initial fire extinguishing skills, and key points for escape and self-rescue in a plain and easy-to-understand way. Focused analysis was given to common risks such as hidden dangers in electrical circuits and improper storage of flammable items in office areas. Employees were reminded to stay alert to safety at all times, avoid careless attitudes, keep in mind the core principle of "Extinguish small fires early; evacuate quickly in thick smoke", master the correct procedures for fire alarm reporting, and clarify their own fire safety responsibilities at work. Meanwhile, basic knowledge including the three elements of combustion and fire classification was introduced in detail, enabling employees to understand the causes of fires from the source, master scientific prevention methods, and truly integrate the fire safety concept into every aspect of daily work.

After the theoretical study, the practical fire drill officially began. With the sudden sound of the urgent fire alarm, the drill simulated a fire caused by an electrical short circuit in an office area of the company, with thick smoke spreading rapidly. The company immediately activated the fire emergency response plan, and staff from all departments responded quickly. Evacuation guides orderly directed employees to cover their mouths and noses with wet towels, bend over, and quickly evacuate along the predetermined escape routes to the designated safe assembly point. The entire evacuation process was tense, orderly, standardized and efficient, with no crowding or panic, fully demonstrating the employees’ excellent emergency response quality. After assembly, the staff counted the number of people in a timely manner to confirm that all personnel had evacuated safely.

Subsequently, the practical operation session of fire-fighting equipment was conducted. On-site staff demonstrated the correct use of dry powder fire extinguishers, explained the four-step operation formula of "Lift, Pull, Grip, Press", elaborated on the applicable scope and precautions of fire extinguishers, and patiently answered various fire safety questions raised by employees. Under the one-on-one guidance of the staff, all employees took turns in groups to operate the fire extinguishers to put out simulated fire spots, completing the entire fire extinguishing process one by one. This completely eliminated their concerns of "not knowing how to use or daring to use" fire equipment, and truly internalized fire-extinguishing skills and put them into practice.

The fire safety knowledge learning and drill activity held on March 2nd not only enabled all employees to systematically master fire safety knowledge and emergency response skills, but also tested the scientificity and operability of the company’s fire emergency plan, and further strengthened the fire safety responsibility awareness of all staff. Safety is no trivial matter; prevention is better than cure. In the future, the company will continue to carry out regular fire safety education and emergency drills, continuously consolidate the main responsibility for fire safety, build a tight fire safety protection network, and lay a solid safety foundation for the high-quality development of the company.
